This basically means designating separate areas for kitchen, bed and living space. In case of compact studio apartments, sleeping space and living room remains the same. Dining area can be used to separate kitchen and living area. Keep cooking area in a corner and bed can be kept at another corner. Using kitchen island as a dining table is great idea. This saves space that a separate dining table will occupy. Moreover, this combo offers more cooking space and works as a serving table, along with a table to dine together. Living area can be well-organized to accommodate the television set and music player. Well, now that the basics are worked out, clean the entire space, de-clutter and sort out necessary and thrash items. Get ready to implement the next set of ideas for decorating studio apartment.
Mette Trudie home decor, 2017-10-02 04:25:43. I remember walking into this expansive apartment which looked like an old English woman stayed there. It had floral prints and contrasting paint colors that were subdued yet not keeping up with the times. Everything in it from the furniture to the showpieces, went against the entire home's set up. The one thing that did stand out quite boldly and might I add, in my face - was a center table with a smooth finished solid (possibly marble) that had three dolphins bathed in seaform color, standing back-to-back while the table's flat top balanced on their snouts. It was hideous to say the least. They probably should have gone with something more subtle like woodwork and engraved dolphins, and not something out of Alice in Wonderland.

Flowers give a fresh feel to the room and create positive energy. They help in relaxing the mood and make you feel great! Use baskets and rugs to add to the plantation appeal. You can even strategically place a huge wooden basket or a wooden box which can be used to store things.
